Jack, an 18 year old white male, has been convicted of Murder in the First Degree and facing the death penalty. He and a co-defendant entered the trailer owned by a 65 year old female to burglarize the home. She awakened and called Jack by name (he had done odd jobs for her in the past). He tied her up, removed the property, returned and killed her by hitting her in the head with a blunt instrument. He then raped and sodomized the corpse.
