some people like ex army soldiers supported the nazis as they were nationalistic and promised to break one of the rules of the treaty of versailles (army limited to 100,000), also people who held traditional values supported the nazis as the nazis were against the “golden years” of the 1920s. some people didn’t support the nazis and these people tended to be obviously jews, and those who were targeted but also religious people like priests disliked the nazis due to their mistreatment towards to jews and the fact that the nazis were trying to force catholicism and christianity out of germany
