B. In this stanza, and especially in this quote, Gray is talking about all of the people who brag about their families being noble, who hold positions of power, or who are wealthy. By walking through the graveyard he is noting that those people end up just the same as those who never were rich or powerful. Every path is different, but even wealthy and powerful people end up 'the grave'.
