Write a fictional story illustrating the future effects of global climate change? please 3 pages.

While writing 3 pages if of course a bit of a strech, I can give you some ideas on what you could write about. You can use these ideas then to write your whole essay through them. We know that global warming is happening and that the effect will probably be very severe if we don't do anything against it. Rising oceans which would be a direct consequence to less ice on the poles (warming) and would overflood all the major cities at low altitutes are a good way to start your plot :).

You can also write about a person living in a new ice age about 20 to 50 thousand years from now, the ice age being triggered by the increased amount of fresh water from the melting Arctic icecaps slowing down the Gulf Stream from Mexico to northern Europe, thus cooling it significantly.
