C. Although this might be related to something in a person's life, notice how it doesn't really talk about something really personal. Arguably this could count as a personal narrative if you talk about it from your view.
Remember: always choose the best answer. C. could arguably work but is not the best answer when compared to D.
D. This is the best topic for a personal narrative! It talks about something specifically in your life. A story of you and your dad is much more personal than a story of how your school got a traveling drama team.
