A quadratic function is in the form of y=ax^2+bx+c . If c is repreatedly increased by one to create new functions, how are the graphs of the functions the same or different?

Each graph will simply be one unit higher than the previous one, or one unit greater in the vertical respect.  At any point they will have the same velocity and acceleration, ie the curve will be identical in every other respect other than the relative height of the curve with respect to the x-axis.
