1. Draw a voltaic cell by incorporating the following half cells:
• Sn2+ / Sn
• Cr2+ / Cr

2. Include the following information with your diagram from question #1.
a. Write the reduction equation under the appropriate half-cell.
b. Write the oxidation equation under the appropriate half-cell.
c. Identify the anode and cathode
d. Label the electrodes and solutions involved assuming standard conditions, the salt
bridge
e. Show the flow of electrons through the wire.
f. Show the flow of anions and cations through the salt bridge
g. Write the balanced net reaction
h. Calculate the Eo (Standard Reduction Potential) for the reaction at standard conditions.

attached is a word document that contains a picture of the drawing as well as the explanation.  Let me know if the picture is not showing up or if my hand writing is too hard to read so that I can type the explanation in the comments for this answer. 

the major points for the answer was that the Sn²⁺ is reduced while the Cr is oxidized and that the Sn electrode is the cathode while the Cr electrode is the anode.  The electrons travel from the anode to the cathode while the anions travel from the cathode to the anode.
