Being able to reproduce asexually benefits the organism during times when mates are hard to find. Under what circumstances would asexual reproduction be most beneficial?

Respuesta :

Being able to reproduce asexually allows the organism to produce large quantities of offspring. Another advantage would be that asexual organisms are able to reproduce in "emergency" situations, to increase the population in their best interest if that makes sense. They are able to reproduce to help themselves, if needed.
