You are writing an essay in class and you have 30 minutes in which to complete the task. Because you only have a short amount of time, you should not prepare an outline before writing.
I would say false. It takes me five minutes to sketch an outline. 25 minutes is good time to be writing an essay if your a fast writer. Otherwise if your not i do not recommend making an outline. Also if your teacher expects a huge paper i also dont recommend it.
