When you work out, you start too gain strength in the areas you work out. If you want to keep a healthy lifestyle then you need to work out at least 90 mins per week, ( or more depending on you ). Fitness also helps build endurance. Maybe your running 2 miles, doing cardio and working out helps so ur not tired as fast. Hope this helped ! Have a great day. ( Please mark as brainliest )
