What -if any - obligation does the United States have to promote and maintain democracy around the world? What factors might make that obligation not worth the risks?
Uh they don’t have any obligation- interfering like we did with Afghanistan just caused millions of deaths. It would be nice if every country could be a democracy, and it’s ok to promote and ENCOURAGE it, but not to majorly take control.
