Power walking is the best exercise for slimming down your legs and still burns a surprising number of calories, so don’t feel disheartened if all you can do is walk.

Like the person before me said it does depend on how hard you dance. I dance too, I love dance. I dance to K pop, Hip-Hop, Praise, Rap, Rap Praise, and a lot of fast remixes. I do the fast remixes the most so I can dance fast and burn a lot of calories. We are the same just about I am your age too but I am taller.
