Melissa ate at Cafe Today a couple of days ago. She was admitted to the hospital a few days later due to blurred vision, difficulty swallowing, slurred speech, and muscle weakness. Due to extreme complications, she died.
The cook on duty stated that she ran out of fresh green beans, so she used canned green beans instead. She found the last can of green beans in the back of the pantry and it was dented. She stated that everything seemed normal so she used them.
