I think you should eat (it really helps but not a lot cuz you might gain weight which is not healthy lol) Sleeping on time helps soooo much fr and hang out with the fam also go outside for a walk with friends, pets etc..

I don’t understand by what you mean by that. But if your question is what can you do to help yourself then you could try a couple of things like sleeping more it releases stress and talking to people you trust they can always help you out and just finding things that motivate you
