Constructive Earth processes are changes that add to the surface of the Earth, and some of them take millions of years to occur. While, destructive forces break down land.
Constructive forces build the thing up and destructive forces tear it down. In the result of the 2 working together they produce landforms.

Some examples of DF are volcanoes, earthquakes, erosion, weathering, and glaciers.
