The
human resources should have a hand in promoting social and cultural rights in
the workplace. They should not be discriminating and should treat each employee
regardless of race, culture or gender equally. They should have equal rights as
an employee. Training should also be extended to the minority and be offered
to men and women alike, of whatever race or culture, who are qualified, to join. Everyone should have a chance to be considered for a promotion as
long as the employee is fit, competent, well-performing and has great potential
to fill in the position offered.
