Central America has an excellent strategic position. It is a region located between two very large land masses, North and South America, and it is the land that connects them. Also, this region comes out on large bodies of water on both sides, east and west. On the eastern side it comes out on the Caribbean Sea, through which it comes out on the Atlantic Ocean, while on the western side it comes out on the Pacific Ocean. This makes this region being in an excellent location when it comes to trade, as it is open to the world and very well connected. The migration of people is also very easy because of the connectivity of this region, and its openness to the world, so the people manage to migrate towards it, or out of it relatively easy.
