Do I put the counter argument somewhere In my body paragraph or do I put it in a separate paragraph ?please explain about counter argument

Harvard University mentions that a counter argument is: “Counterargument in an essay has two stages: you turn against your argument to challenge it and then you turn back to re-affirm it”. If you look examples of counter arguments in an essay they are sometimes included in the body paragraph.
