need help fast! how would i go about simplifying this? yes, i know it may seem easy but, i have dyscalculia and doing math is extremely hard for me

Remember PEMDAS (Parentheses, exponent, multiply, divide, add, subtract)

(-8 + (-4) ^2 - 6)
(-8 + -16 - 6)
(-24 - 6)
(-30)

-12 ÷ 3 x -30 + 2
-4 x -30 + 2

120 + 2 = 122
