Let the haircut cost "x" dollars, Then perm costs "2x" dollars, and 5 dollars for lunch. 
now here's the solution: 
x + 2x + 5 = 95
3x = 90 
x = 30 (haircut) 
so 2x = 60 (which is the cost of the perm)
