I can't see the V or G option but I can solve question 13

so we have 8p^2+2p-15=0
factor
first find the factors of the leading term's coeficient
8=2 times 4

(2p  )(4p  )
now find factors of last term and put the ones closest together
-15= 3 and -5
(2p+3)(4p-5)
multiply
8p^2+12p-10p-15
8p^2+2p-15
correct

8p^2+2p-15=0
(2p+3)(4p-5)=0
therefor
2p+3=0 and
4p-5=0

solve

2p+3=0
subtract 3
2p=-3
divide 2
p=-3/2


4p-5=0
add 5
4p=5
divide 4
p=5/4
