Outline; Start by gathering some statistics like how often driving and texting will lead to deaths. Or just straight up death tolls on a yearly basis, compare that to timesin the past at which we didnt have phones readily available. Build your commentary around the statistics, not the other way around, opinion comes second but if your stats are angled the right way the arguement should be clear just reading the stats.
