If you provided "Source C" I'm sure more people would be able to help.
However, based off of my knowledge of the spread of reformation, I do know that the ideas spread to Scandinavia and then around northern Europe; mainly through the usage of the printing press and increased literacy.
Not sure how much this helps, but im sure it's better than having no answer at all. :)
