The Nonaligned Movement is a nationwide organization of countries who don't want to be aligned. The founders of the Nonaligned Movement are Jawaharlal NehruSukarnoJosip Broz TitoGamal Abdel NasserKwame Nkrumah. You have not listed the choices of your question which is why I cannot state exactly which person is not the founder. I have given you all the names' of the founders and the one that is not listed here is obviously not the founder.

I hope I have helped you. :)

Since you didn't provide choices, it's hard for us to answer your question. We can only provide information about the Nonaligned Movement.

The map I've attached shows the alignments that took place during the Cold War -- between NATO and Western aligned nations over against the USSR and its satellite states and others aligned with them.  There are also a number of countries shown in gray that are not aligned with either side.  As the superpowers in the Cold War, the USA and the USSR, sought to line up countries in allegiance with their positions, a group of nations emphasized the importance for remaining non-aligned.  One of the leaders of the non-alignment movement, Jawaharlal Nehru, said in a speech in 1948:  "When we say our policy is one of non-alignment, obviously we mean non-alignment with military blocs."  The Non-Aligned Movement held its first conference in Belgrade, Yugoslavia in 1961.  The members of the movement saw the siding up being done in the Cold War as a path to increasing world tension and conflict, and sought to remain non-aligned for the sake of preserving peace and equal opportunity for development.
