does an allele bringing dominant mean that it is better than the recessive allele? justify your response

Doesn't make it "better," but in some traits the dominant allele will show instead of the recessive, for example, a brown eye color gene(dominant) will be the shown phenotype over a blue eye color gene(recessive).
