I would choose basketball, the skills necessary for basketball is good Hand-eye coordination, i can practice that skill by playing ping pong, tennis, or go shooting hoops every day. The next skill you need would be agility, i can do 20 laps every day, practice shuttle runs, or go for a 30 minute jog in the morning. practice these skills, im good to go.
