I know that 4x13=52 but I don’t know 3 more

Solution:

Let the three consecutive multiples of 4 be 4x, 4(x+1) and 4(x+2)

Then we can write

[tex] 4x+4(x+1)+4(x+2)=52\\
\\
x+x+1+x+2=52/4\\
\\
3x+3=13\\
\\
3x=10\\
\\
x=\frac{10}{3}\\ [/tex]

As 10/3 is not a multiple of 4. Hence no consecutive multiples are possible.
