hey ik im late but i will put this for other user who need it, i put the same answer on my friends question on a different account and i have it saved, this is all about the colony of Georgia as well, your Answer is below

Explanation:

The colony of Georgia was founded to protect South Carolina and other southern colonies from the Spanish invasion through Florida. The colony of Georgia was found by a man named James Oglethorpe, it took James Oglethorpe many years to plan this and two months to cross the Atlantic ocean, James Oglethorpe and about 114 other colonists founded the colony on January,2,1788. The colony of Georgia was full of natural resources such as timber, fish and great agricultural land. This is the main reason why their main industries were sugar, indigo, and rice. Also farming and plantations were important economic success for the colony. The Georgian colony faced many hardships. These include the lack of fresh, swampy land bred disease-bearing insects, the attacks by Indians and Spaniards that killed lots of settlers, and Georgia's trustee rule allowed no political freedom for the colonies laborers. This lead to the near failure of the colony within the first year. The first 20years of the Georgia the colony was referred to as trustee Georgia, the reason why is because during this time the board of trustees governed the colony of Georgia. On April 21,1732 King George signed a charter establishing the colony creating its governing board.
