PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What aspects of global feminism were most revolutionary, liberating, or threatening to established authorities and ways of living? To what extent do you think the goals of these varying feminist efforts have been realized?

Respuesta :

In Soviet Russia, divorce had been made easier. This was liberating for women because they "wouldn't have to petition for months or even years to secure the right to live separately from a husband who beats her and makes her life a misery with his drunkenness and uncouth behavior." There were the building of more restaurants, day cares, and laundry cleaners. This was very revolutionary because "The working woman will not have to slave over the washtub any longer,... she will simply take these things to the central laundries." The working woman wouldn't have to watch over the kids all day because she could take them to a day Care. As well as being able to go out to eat instead of constantly having to make dinner for the family. Woman have come a long way and have had great changes in their treatment. We can see all of their work paid off trough the laws that have been put in place specifically to enforce equality among all people, man and woman. There have been statues of important woman built. Finally we can recognize their goals because of they way they are treated in society today, equal.

I was pretty lazy with the answer but it does come from the APWH book.
