Soil is a influences agriculture in Ireland because most of it isn't that good for farming. Peaty soil, a type of soil, is not good for farming at all and it can impact how effectively crops can be made, which effects Ireland people negatively. 

Climate is another influential factor in Ireland's agriculture. It usually gets 50 degrees F
ahrenheit, which is not ideal for growing crops. Combined with the poor soil, this can negatively effect the agriculture of Ireland greatly.
