Is there going to be a ww3 involving the uk and Germany?

When WWIII occurs it will effect and/or involve every country.      

UK and Germany included.

Probably not, or at least not on different sides. The main threat of WWIII right now is probably the US attacking Korea, China then attacking the US, and things escalating from there.
