Since C=2pi*r, and C=11 inches, r=(11 inches)/(2pi), or
                                                    r^2 = (121 sq in)/(2pi)

Then the area of this circle is A = pi*r^2, or pi*(121 sq in)/(4pi^2).  Reduce this and you will then have the area correct.  Its units of measurement are (inches)^2.
