In 2011 the sales was
250+325+210+150= 935
in 2012
125+275+225+140=765
100%................935
x%.....................765
x=100*765/935≈82
100-82=18
I think the answer is a) 17
Some of the numbers I can not estimate so that is the reason I found 18 not 17.
