The girls sold T-shirts as a fundraiser so that they could go to summer camp. When they began their fundraiser, 600 people wanted their shirts. They had been conservative in their estimate and were actually short by 210 shirts, so the troupe ordered more. They raised the price in hopes of earning more profit, but when the price increased, the demand went down. Use the given information to analyze what happened with the fundraiser.

In this case, the troupe raised the price by too much.

The T-shirts were selling better at the lower price, therefore they could make more of a profit. However, when they raised the prices, the demand for the shirts went lower.

It could possible be due to the high price. Also, perhaps everyone already had shirts and they didn't want to buy anymore.
