can somebody help by showing me the correct steps and order to do the problem?

It depends if you multiply or divide by (7-4)

It could be 
$\frac93(7-4)=3(3)=9$

Or it could be
$\frac9{3(7-4)}=\frac9{3(3)}=\frac99=1$

I think it's 9.  I'd divide by 3 and then multiply by (7-4).  If I meant to divide by 7-4 I'd write 9÷3÷(7-4)
