The way I did this is to figure out how long one paper link was. So Michael used 15 paper links to make 1 chain that is 3 feet long. I wrote this as a ratio:
3 feet long: 15 paper links, which I can simplify as:
1 feet long: 5 paper links
1/5 feet long: 1 paper link
So each paper link is 1/5 of a foot.
So I need to make 4 chains that are each 10 feet long, so 1 chain of 10 feet:
10 feet * (1 paper link/ 1/5 feet) = 50 paper links
Thus 1 chain that is 10 feet long consists of 50 paper links.
I need 4 of those chains. So I need 4*50 = 200 paper links.
