The modern arms race continues to present a problem in many parts of the world. What do you think countries should do to reduce this risk? How can the arms race be reduced or stopped (or is this even possible)? Should countries be allowed to sell weapons and the materials to make nuclear or biological weapons to other countries? Why or why not?

Solutions Countries can Create to reduce risks:

- Create legal laws that are stricter on who can own guns such as age, states, criminal records, etc.

- Any person who has been convicted of a violent crime without evidence to prove it was for protection shouldn't be able to own gun weapons.

- All gun users must pass state tests and take classes plus prove they can adequately shoot a gun.

- There can be many others

How to stop the arms race:

- Decrease gun use that is allowed.

- Produce less guns- stop producing them at all.

- Guns will be produced as long as their is nation competition and wars.

- Create ads and propoganda that influences people to not buy guns but instead live to protect themselves and loved ones.
