There is tremendous diversity in the workplace/most businesses in the United States because the United States as a whole, is a diverse country. There are so many people here from different cultures, backgrounds, and ethnicity. Each person is filled with different knowledge and when pulled together as a team achieve more. Diversity is what makes the United States so unique to other countries and diversity in the workplace helps a company stand out. Diversity is essential when having a successful business but also having a successful product. Standing out against competitors and giving people a "why" and a reason for purchasing your product over someone else's is how success is achieved.
