I just had an argument with my supervisor about going over budget on my project. i had strong emotions during the argument and now i and thinking about how to improve my mood at work. this thinking about my emotions is is neither affective nor cognitive judgment of my emotions in the cognitive domain of emotional intelligence is affective judgment of my emotions in the affective domain of emotional intelligence

the cognitive domain of emotional intelligence is the capability to pinpoint the emotional problem that we have and make a counter measure so our next decisions wouldn't be influenced by that emotion.
Most people obtained this type of emotional intelligence if they're exposed to more high-risk situations.
