they make us who we are and they are learning points. I am really bad at improvised speaking but pretty good at prewritten speeches. So I use what I'm good at (written speeches) and try to work on what i'm not good at (improv). Also i would choose to do a speech i've written earlier instead of one i haven't/
because you need to embrace who you are as a person. without your flaws then you wouldn't be who you are. it is also very mentally unhealthy to always try and fix them, it gets tiring and it can be very draining as well if you are always trying to perfect. we can try and be the best that we can be but we still have to make sure that we don't forget that if we have tried everything we can possibly do and it still doesn't work? then that is okay. with your appearance flaws then we definitely embrace them, we are all made differently and work differently. its just how us humans exist
