It’s not flexibility or sitting because that’s not exercising. It would not be muscular strength because that can’t be maintained for a long time. It’s B. Cardio respiratory endurance. Endurance means that something lasts. A target heart rate zone needs to be held for 20 minutes. Running will help stay at a high enough heart rate zone.
