Explain how you can use multiplication to find the quotient 3/4 divided by 3/16. Then evaluate the expression

(Plz I just still not good at dividing fractions)

Respuesta :

3/4 divided by 3/16. For this, you don't need to make the denominators the same. You keep the first fraction the same:

3/4.

Then you change the division sign to multiplication. You then need to find the reciprocal for the second fraction which would be 16/3. You basically just switch the original fraction to the numerator to the denominator and put the denominator to the numerator. So now you have a new equation.

3/4 x 16/3. That would be equal to 48/12. which also equals to 4. Hopes this helps you!
