If the leader isn’t making people obey him, he must be liberating them. The best leader does not look for acclaim. If the leader isn’t seeking acclaim for himself, he must be lifting his people up

2) Lao Tzu wrote that quote; Lao was an ancient Chinese philosopher and writer. He is the reputed author of the Tao Te Ching, the founder of philosophical Taoism, and a deity in religious Taoism and traditional Chinese religions.

3) It belongs to Taoism because that is what Lao Tzu is known for.

4) I agree with the quote because people don't want to know their success is due another individual, they want to find it all by themselves, by doing so, the leader let's them find what is needed to know.
