All of the aforementioned acts were part of a set of laws known as the "Intolerable Acts." All of them negatively affected Americans, hence their opposition to them.
For example, the Boston Port Act closed the Boston harbor until colonists paid for the damages caused by the Boston Tea Party. This would hurt Boston's economic opportunities.
The Administration of Justice Act made British officials immune to legal persecution. Essentially, this allowed British officials to do whatever they want without getting in trouble. This angered colonists because they were still forced to abide by British law.
The Massachusetts Act made it so that American colonists couldn't have town meetings and made the political officials of Boston people who were appointed by the crown.
Lastly, the Quartering Act forced American colonists to house British soldiers.
All these acts limited the rights of colonists in Boston.
