Have a great day!

As has always been the case, trade between countries does indeed still lead to the exchange of technology and ideas.

Since ancient times, trade has allowed humans to share technology and ideas and is the reason for the unprecedented rate of development in the last 500 years.

Today, trade is still allowing technology and ideas to spread for instance:

  • Africans buying mobile phones from the West and the East Asia has allowed them to develop their own phones
  • Trade in weapons has allowed nations like Israel to come up with sophisticated weapons

There are other instances but based on these, we can conclude that trade still enables technology and ideas to be traded.
