The problem of health and population is increasing in Russia. During the years the population has been gradually decreasing in Russia.
The main causes of shrinking the populations are high infant mortality rate and low birth rates. It is reported that the unnatural deaths has been increasing in Russia.
SUGGESTIONS:
Enhancing the health awareness can decrease the infant mortality rate and prevents the shrinking of population.
The government can also enable and give priority to the immigration which maintains the population in the country.
