B. Convection Currents
If you want it explained, read on.
Lets go through the answers here. A. Conductive enegry cant be correct since conduction is when heat is transfered through touching objects. B. Convection currents are when heat is trasfered through a current, so we will come back to this one. C, well, its not radioective at all. D radient heat is when heat trasfers from the sun. Now, back to b. The question describes a circular current between the poles and the Equator. Heat tranfer through convection is through currents.

Now, back to b. The question describes a circular current between the poles and the Equator. Heat tranfer through convection is through currents.
Convection currents spread heat through the air, carrying thermal energy from one area to another that is why it is heated at the Equator and cooled at the Poles.
Convection is called the movement of the air in a vertical direction, this phenomenon develops naturally in the atmosphere by the sun's rays.
- Solar radiation is absorbed by the earth, which in turn heats the lower layers of the atmosphere by contact, and these then transmit their heat to the higher layers, by virtue of the convection currents that are established.
- In general, the lower layers of the atmosphere are at a higher temperature than those above them and, therefore, air temperature, like pressure, decreases with altitude.
Therefore, we can conclude that convection currents heat the Earth's surface and then that heat is transmitted to the adjacent layer of air, causing it to decrease in density and rise.
