Classical conditioning applies mostly to "Involuntary behavior".
Operant conditioning applies mainly to "
voluntary behavior".

Involuntary behavior refers to an activity that you can't control or do intuitively without acknowledging you are doing it.
The possibility of voluntary behavior is fixing so personally to the possibility of the self, or of awareness, that one would trust that another way to deal with one may have the capacity to reveal some insight into the other.
