Instead of relying on research to construct your essay, you’ll rely on your own memory and awareness of people and surroundings. This will ensure that your writing is credible, ethical, and authentic.

Your basically writing a story that comes from first person events. Like lets say you broke your arm, made a football team, saw someone die, made a cake but it went to a disaster, ran in the Boston marathon, or was in a war. You would write it as if you seen everything that happened again.  But remember you have to write it to what you experienced in a personal first person view.
