You can always use mail merge to create a batch list of addressed envelopes when there is a bulk mail to send to people on your mailing list. You’ll the follow the correct procedure of creating Mail Merge Envelopes in word. Mid process after you have entered the address information in the upper left area of the envelope, you’ll click the middle lower area of the envelope. By doing so, you will find the placement for the address block. A dashed blue border will appear.
